Connecting only lets us read your address. We issue no instruction on your behalf: any movement will be requested by your wallet and signed by you.

You only need USDC. The contract converts whatever share is needed into the other asset of the pair by itself and opens the range. You don't have to bring WETH or work out proportions.
Minimum 10 USDC. This is not arbitrary: below that, the gas of maintaining the position eats the fees it generates, and the contract rejects it rather than accept money that is going to lose.

Two signatures: the first authorises the contract to use your USDC, the second opens the position. If you authorised before, you will only see one.
Before you deposit, this
Providing concentrated liquidity is not the same as holding ETH. When the price moves, the pool sells you out of whatever is rising and buys whatever is falling, and that loss against having sat still can exceed the fees you collect. Over one real month of measurement the strategy came out ahead, but one month is not a guarantee and a month with a strong sustained trend comes out worse.
Deposit only what you can leave working, and expect to come out with a different amount than you put in — higher or lower.
